Opening TeraRx for GLP‑1 partners

About 32 million American adults are on a GLP-1 today. That's 12% of adults in KFF's November 2025 poll, double the share 18 months earlier. Gallup counts 11% taking one for weight loss alone in 2026, up from 3% in 2024.
The spending has followed. The US spent $132 billion on GLP-1s in 2025, about 14% of all prescription drug spending and nearly a third of its growth.
Most of those patients won't be on the drug a year from now. In a study of 125,474 US adults, 65% of those without type 2 diabetes stopped within 12 months. In Blue Cross Blue Shield claims, 30% stopped in the first month. Each early stop is a refill that never happens and a subscription that ends.
Three days after a dose increase, GLP-1 patients feel sick and their next appointment is a month away. They message support, wait two days for an answer, and cancel the drug and the subscription on the same day. Patients cancel when side effects hit, not when the drug stops working.
Patients who get coaching stay on therapy longer. At 12 months, 67% vs 46% are still on a GLP-1 when insurance pays, and 40% vs 12% when patients pay cash.
Coaching on top of the drug helps, but people costs make it expensive. Dietitian-led GLP-1 programs charge $150 to $300 a month, so many programs can't offer coaching to every patient and many patients go without. A human coaching service grows by hiring, so its cost per patient stays flat.
TeraHealth is an AI-native service company for healthcare. We use AI to do the coaching work itself, and we sell the result under your telehealth, pharmacy or pharma brand. TeraRx for GLP-1 can coach patients on its own, at any hour. It can also make human coaches much more efficient. It drafts each patient's personalized daily plan, adjusts it to what they log and answers routine questions, so coaches spend their time reviewing plans, answering the messages that need a person and stepping in when a patient struggles. Our cost per patient drops as AI takes on more of the work. With AI coaching at about $19.99 a month, coaching every patient is an $8 billion market. That lets programs reach far more patients and keep more of them on their GLP-1.
Today we're opening TeraRx for GLP-1 to a first group of launch partners. It's the first program on TeraRx, the drug coaching platform, which supports patients through the side effects they quit over.
Built on the TeraCore Platform
TeraRx for GLP-1 is built on TeraCore, the clinical AI platform underneath every TeraHealth product. TeraPro runs on it too: a clinical platform where functional doctors, dietitians, naturopathic doctors and health coaches build personalized lifestyle protocols and approve every item before the patient sees it. Both use the same Knowledge Bases, Clinical Reasoning Engine and Protocol Builders. TeraRx uses them to keep patients on a drug their prescriber has already chosen.
Clinical evidence is written as rules in four knowledge bases, approved by licensed dietitians and an MD at every update. The rules make every clinical decision. The language model only turns those decisions into a plan and a message in plain words, so every recommendation traces back to its rule. This is how TeraHealth makes AI safe.

Every recommendation shows its rule, who signed it off and the evidence. Demo data.
What it does
Each patient gets a personalized daily plan for nutrition, supplements, fitness, sleep, stress and lifestyle, and it changes with what they log. GLP-1s slow the stomach and cut appetite, so side effects follow the dose schedule. Because the patient health and eating profile, drug, dose and week are known, clinically reviewed rules can decide most of the coaching: which meals to switch to, how hard to train and when to check in. When a patient logs nausea after a dose step, the next day's meals switch to small, easy recipes with protein kept up, and the workout becomes a 15-minute walk. Questions get answers at any hour.

Day 2 after a dose change. The patient logs nausea and the day's meals and movement switch.
TeraRx is not a pharmacy. It never prescribes or dispenses, and it never touches a medication or a dose. Dose questions and red-flag symptoms go to the prescriber. Patients see your brand and never the TeraRx name.
See it in our 60-second product demo.

Hard limits on every AI coach message. Dose questions go to the prescriber.
Who it's for and how to deploy it
- D2C telehealth: more months on therapy and fewer support tickets.
- Telehealth infrastructure: a coaching program for every brand on your platform. More prescriptions and transactions through your platform.
- Pharmacies: coaching between fills that brings patients back for the refill.
- Pharma brands: better persistence, as part of your patient support program.
TeraRx Managed for GLP-1. We run the technology and the coaching: AI only in every US state, or AI + human coaches in most states. It's sold wholesale under your brand. You enroll patients by file upload or through an API connection we set up, and you go live in four weeks with no engineering integration on your side.

The patient app carries your logo and colors.
TeraRx API & SDK for GLP-1. Your developers build your own app and portal on the same engine. A typical build also takes four weeks. Either way, we sign business associate agreements and patient data stays in the US.
What's next
We're also building a retention engine into TeraRx. Every GLP-1 subscriber gets a daily persistence risk score, built from titration stage, logged side effects, missed doses, engagement and your own refill and payment signals. Green, yellow and red tiers each trigger a playbook, run by the AI coach and, on the AI + human plan, by coaches. Each brand gets a retention dashboard, and infrastructure partners get a roll-up across their brands. A named account manager tests offer placement and copy every week to raise the share of new subscribers who add coaching.
GLP-1 is where we start. Hormone therapy comes next, with TeraRx for Menopause and TeraRx for Testosterone.
Why we built TeraRx
Before TeraHealth, our team built TouchCommerce, acquired by Nuance, now part of Microsoft. For fifteen years we helped large subscription brands like AT&T, Verizon and Comcast keep their subscribers. The AI handled customer conversations, and the agents became coaches who trained it. Our COO, Rick Hoefert, later carried the same model to ASAPP as Chief Customer Officer. Keeping a patient on a drug is a similar problem. The subscriber thinking about cancelling is now a patient three days into a new dose.
