Each one is bound by a written agreement to protect member data, to use it only to provide its service to us, and not to attempt to re-identify data that has had identifying details removed. All member data is stored in the United States.

Turns the output of our rules into readable text and powers the AI coach. It does not train its models on member data. Location: United States.
Messaging
Delivers in-app messages, text messages and email to members.
Analytics and monitoring
Measures how the service is used and detects errors and security events.
Payments
Processes subscription payments where TeraHealth bills the member directly.
Updates
We update this page before adding or replacing a service provider. Partners may ask for the current list of provider names through our contact form.
