Acceptable Use Policy

Lifestyle coaching for adults aged 18 and older: nutrition, supplements, fitness, sleep, stress and daily habits. It is not medical care, and the AI coach is not a doctor, dietitian or therapist.

• —decide whether a person is eligible for insurance, employment, housing, credit or healthcare, or what they pay for it;
• —diagnose or treat a medical or mental health condition;
• —change, start or stop a medication or dose; or
• —replace the advice of a prescriber or other licensed professional.

• —present the AI coach as a human or as a licensed professional;
• —give it a human name, face or persona;
• —use it to provide therapy or mental health counseling;
• —offer the service to anyone under 18;
• —try to make the AI coach ignore its safety rules; or
• —attempt to re-identify data that has had identifying details removed.

Partners must keep the notice that the coach is an AI visible to members, and must keep the crisis resources and the route to the prescriber in place.

We may suspend access for anyone who breaks this policy.
