Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy
This policy supplements our Privacy Policy. It applies to consumer health data that is protected by state laws such as the Washington My Health My Data Act and Nevada's consumer health data law. It does not apply to information we handle on behalf of a healthcare provider or health plan under HIPAA (the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act).

Consumer health data we collect
Information you give us when you use a coaching program: your medication and dose schedule, height, weight and goals, intake answers, symptoms you log, meals and workouts you log, lab results you choose to share, and messages you send to coaches or to the AI coach. If you connect a wearable device, we also receive the activity and sleep data you choose to share.
Where it comes from
From you, from the company that offers you the program (for example your telehealth provider or pharmacy), and from devices or lab providers you connect.
Why we collect and use it
To build and adjust your coaching plan, to answer your questions, to run safety checks, to route medical questions to your prescriber, to keep the service secure, and to improve the service using information with identifying details removed.
Your rights
You may ask us to confirm whether we hold consumer health data about you, to give you access to it, to tell you who we shared it with, and to delete it. You may withdraw consent at any time. We will not treat you differently for using these rights.
How to use your rights
Send a request through the contact form on this website. If we decline your request, you may appeal by replying to our decision, and we will tell you how to contact your state Attorney General if the appeal is declined.
